Brief Information About Chaparral

Chaparral is a small town located within the confinements of Doria Ana County in the state of New Mexico. Chaparral is generally used as a bedroom community for the neighbouring city of El Paso. Most of the local inhabitants migrate to other towns and cities located nearby. Chaparral has a total area of about 100sq. miles. The Franklin Mountains is located near the town.



There are a few schools operated by the Independent School District of Gadsden. The tansportation sector is one area which is the focus of development in the area. Tourism and other trade related activities are the principal economic activities of the locals.
